About:
Our annual Bear Bear Ski Trip is back! LILA will be taking our middle school and high school students up to the snow for 5 days of fun and skiing and/or snowboarding. During the day the students will be taking private group lessons at Big Bear Mountain Resort and will be able to have free time to ski and/or snowboard on their own. Each night the students will participate in fun activities and entertainment, such as bowling, movie night, and other fun surprises.
Please note that the Ski Trip also includes:
* Housing
* Transportation
* Breakfast and Dinner the whole trip
* Equipment Rental (If you chose all inclusive rate)
* Ski/Snowboard Lessons
* Evening Entertainment and Recreational Activities
* Space is only limited to 45 students.
Payment Plan
Balance due will be attached to your SCO account. We do offer the option of a 2-3 month payment plan that must be paid in full by February 1st, 2025). Payment installments must be taken the first of each month. If you are a LILA employee or interested in setting up a payment plan, please contact the Vacation Camps Department at camps@lilaschool.com.
Refund Policy:
In the event of a refund, LILA will retain a $100 fee. The refund amount will therefore be $1300 (including equipment) or $1250 (bring your own equipment). Any 3rd party registration fees are not refundable. Refunds can be requested before February 2 if you wish to remove your child from the ski trip.
After Friday, February 3, there will be no refunds/credits offered.

Basketball Camp (Grades 2-5 & 6-12)
Students in grades 2–5 and 6–12 are encouraged to join our exclusive Basketball Camp offered during the October Break (Monday, October 14 – Friday, October 18) and/or February Break (Monday, February 24 – Friday, February 28). Developed in partnership with the Corneille Sport Academy, LILA is excited to continue to offer a week of purposeful activities, structured similarly to a regular school day. The camp is only available for LILA students. Registration will be open through SchoolCash Online. *Please note: Dates, times, and details may be updated as the break approaches.
About the Coach: Corneille Akpakoun, known as Coach C., is a former professional French basketball player who competed alongside and against stars like Tony Parker and Boris Diaw. He has since channeled his passion for basketball into coaching, training players aged 6–18. Many of his trainees have gone on to pursue professional careers, while others have applied their skills in various areas of their lives.

Daycare (PS-PK)
Daycare is offered during the October Break (Monday, October 14 – Friday, October 18), February Break (Monday, February 24 – Friday, February 28), and April Break (Monday, April 21 – Friday, April 25). Please note, this is a “Daycare Only” program and not a “Camp” or “Study Hall.” Students will enjoy supervised free play, activities, and lunch and snack breaks. While the structure of this program is less intensive than a traditional themed camp, it still includes engaging activities with teaching artists, arts and crafts, organized sports, and more! * There must be a minimum of four (4) students in order for daycare to run.

Inventor’s Camp (K-5)
Led by our Mad Science vendor, Inventor’s Camp invites students to unleash their creativity and problem-solving skills. Using simple materials, principles of physics, and inspiration from great inventors, children will design and build innovative projects. They’ll create model boats, submarines, and airplanes, and even construct working light sticks to take home. Just like the Wright Brothers, kids will be eager to dive into each new day of inventive fun! * A minimum of twelve (12) students from K-2nd and 3rd-5th from each campus is required for the camp to run by Friday, February 2.
