Monday, February 17th to Friday, February 21st, 2020 for Burbank and Orange County 6th to 12th Graders 
This trip has a capacity of 44 students. First come, first served. Registration will close on Friday, February 7th 2020 at midnight, or when the maximum enrollment is reached, whichever comes first.
Lodging is limited to 1 boy’s cabin and 1 girl’s cabin. Therefore we can only accept 22 girls and 22 boys. No exceptions can and will be made.
Lodging: We will be staying at Pine Summit, located just 3 miles from the slopes.
Experience: Every morning, the day on the slopes will begin with 2 hours of mandatory group ski or snowboarding lessons, adapted to the level of your child. Afternoons will consist of free skiing and snowboarding or lessons based on grade levels. Evenings will be tons of fun with a karaoke night, game night, a bowling outing and a movie at the movie theater.
Equipment: The package is all-inclusive (skis or snowboard, boots and helmet) and therefore there is no need for your child to haul equipment from LA to the mountains. Students ARE NOT ALLOWED to bring their own equipment.

Return: Friday, February 21st at around 2:00 PM at the Los Feliz campus
Price: $850 for the week (plus 3rd party registration fees)

3 days of equipment rentals
12 hours of lessons for 6th and 7th graders (mandatory, 4 hours each day on the slopes)
6 hours of group ski/snowboard lessons for 8th to 12th graders (mandatory, 2 hours each day on the slope)
3 days of lift tickets
Evening activities
Breakfasts and dinners are included for all.
Lunch (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):
– 6th and 7th graders: lunch will be provided on Monday by Pine Summit upon arrival to camp. Lunch will be provided by Bear Mountain at no additional cost as part of their all-day lesson package on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 6th and 7th graders MUST bring money for lunch on the way back from Big Bear on Friday.
– 8th to 12th graders: lunch will be provided on Monday by Pine Summit upon arrival to camp. Students MUST bring money for lunches for 4 days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on the slopes as well as lunch on the way back from Big Bear)
Additional details: A group of LILA teachers/administrators will accompany the children (a ratio of no less than 1 teacher for every 8 students) and ensure supervision. LILA reserves the right to exclude any children with disciplinary records from attending the ski trip. Space is limited and participation will be granted on a first come first serve basis. Please note that there is a $100 non-refundable fee (per student), should you wish to cancel your child’s enrollment. Third party registration fees will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation. The deadline to register is Friday, February 7th, 2020, although we do not guarantee that spots will still be available at that time. Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary documents attached.

All paperwork must be completely filled out and returned to the Burbank Campus front desk for registration to be final. We must receive ALL paperwork before Friday, February 7th, 2020.
