Fun-gineering, Mix-Ups, and More!
Put on your engineer’s hat to see how science is used to build skyscrapers, bridges, and tunnels. Use simple machines to help lift weights and even launch marshmallows. Spend a day being a true Mad Scientist as you learn about chemical reactions that you might encounter in your daily life. See how film captures light to store images and how filmmakers make images move during “Shutterbugs” day. Walk on the wild side and explore the nature of birds, beasts, and bugs.
Camp hours: 7:30 am-5:30 pm at the Los Feliz Main Campus
Classes will begin at 9:00 and run until 3:00.
The Camp is open to Los Feliz and Pasadena K to 5th graders.
Enrollment deadline: Wednesday, February 12th 9PM
Camp Fees: $400 (morning and afternoon daycare included)
Please note that no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellation after 02/12 or for student absences (including illness) during camp.
